The IC-218 terminal unit is an important device with antenna IC-118 in Felcom system. In fact, the terminal unit IC218 is the heart of Felcom system. The Furuno Felcom 18 message terminal creates, transmits, and receives messages. Indeed, this message terminal complies with IMO, MSC, and IEC standards.
Besides, the IC-218 terminal complies with GMDSS. The terminal unit accepts other spares, such as, IC-305 distress alert, IC-350 alarm unit, and IC-306 alarm unit.
