Reliable Performance for RPU-013 Processor Unit
The Furuno 03P9339C Power Supply PCB is a high-quality board designed for use with the RPU-013 processor unit. The PCB delivers stable performance and durability. The Furuno PCB board 03P9339C operates with a 220 VAC power supply and supports an antenna rotation speed of 24 RPM. Besides, it is compatible with Furuno RSB-096 scanner and RSB-103 gearboxes.
Identifying the Correct RPU-013 Type
It’s important to note that the RPU-013 processor unit is not universally compatible across X-band and S-band systems. To distinguish your unit type:
-Check the Name Plate: Look for the output power rating next to the power input terminal.
-Inspect the Power Input Terminal: Confirm the specifications match your ship’s main power requirements.
There are 8 types of the PWR boards according to the differences in ship’s main and antenna speed, and 2 types of HV boards for 12 kW and for 25 kW/30 kW according to the output power.
Changing the AC Power Supply
To switch between 100 VAC and 220 VAC input:
-Locate the jumper J108 on the PWR board (03P9339).
-Set the jumper positions as follows:

For 100 VAC: Place jumpers between pins 1–2, 4–7, and 5–8.

For 220 VAC: Leave the jumper open (no connection).

Note: After changing the AC power input type, you must adjust the overvoltage protection on R21 of the PWR board to ensure safe and stable operation.
