The SAILOR 6222 is a VHF radio with DSC Class A functionality. This is a simplex/semi duplex VHF radio. In fact, SAILOR 6222 is the first-ever DSC Class A vhf radio. We sell SAILOR VHF 6222 on exchange base. In other words, you must return the old, broken exchange unit to our office within 3 months after delivery.
All expenses of the return delivery are customers' responsibility. A surcharge of 39% of the invoiced amount will apply (unless different agreed), if the old unit is not returned.

Additionally, for alarm functions, the system supports the SAILOR 6101 and SAILOR 6103 alarm panels. Along with, the SAILOR 6207 connection box connects the SAILOR 6201 and SAILOR 6203 handsets. And the SAILOR 6208 Control Unit Connection Box connects to the SAILOR 6204 Control Speaker Microphone.
Further, other accessories include VDR, SAILOR 6270 external loudspeaker, alarm panel and GPS input connections, and SAILOR 6197 ethernet switch. Besides, If you need an additional external loudspeaker, you can connect a SAILOR 6270 external loudspeaker. It provides 6 W output power.
How to activate GMDSS Distress Alarms on SAILOR 6222 VHF Radio?
You can activate with SAILOR 6103 multi alarm panel. In particular, you can connect the multi alarm panel to the SAILOR 6222 VHF DSC via the Ethernet interface (LAN connector).
Is the SAILOR 6090 power converter suitable for the SAILOR 6222?
Yes. The SAILOR 6090 power converter converts 24 V DC power to 12 V DC for the SAILOR 6222 VHF DSC.
