Description
The Skipper DL 850 is a dual-axis speed log that reports the vessels’ speed in length, including any forward and backward movement in the water. The DL-850 skipper can deliver accurate navigation information on its colorful LCD Day/night screen. This device weighs 10 kilograms and can operate at different speeds like VBW, VHW, and VTG, with a range of 200 units. The DL850 skipper has a maximum power consumption of 100w and can also be powered by AC (115-230 V, 50/60 Hz) or DC (24 V) with auto-switching potential.
The skipper DL-850 available in our stocks in Lithuania and Poland provides a longitudinal speed range of +/-40 units. The DL 850 is well known among seafarers for having the ability to measure speed remotely in every situation.
Another key feature of the DL-850 is the GPS functionality which supports GLL, GGA, RMC, and VTG along with single and double bottom detection features for both steel and aluminum materials. The device can measure distance through VLW with the highest level of accuracy. In the meantime, you do not need to worry about the format of the information because the DL 850 skipper is equipped with GPS and the information will be displayed in the year-month, day-hour-minute format.
